Il Sassicaia è una vera e propria leggenda del vino, un taglio bordolese di Bolgheri dal colore rosso rubino intenso e concentrato. Il profumo è complesso, elegante e con fragranti sensazioni di frutti rossi. Il sapore è avvolgente, concentrato, in grado di stupire ed emozionare con tannini dolci ed equilibrati. Di lunga persistenza, con uno spessore organolettico di grande importanza e con un’importante corredo polifenolico che assicurano a questo vino una straordinaria longevità.
Un rosso intenso e ben strutturato, tipico nei netti richiami erbacei del vitigno e molto ben eseguito. Affinato in botti di rovere francese da 25hl, questo Cabernet Franc, si abbina con carne rossa e selvaggina.
