Piacevole e fruttato, il Ciliegiolo di Sassotondo è perfetto per accompagnare salumi e piatti della cucina toscana.

Vino rosso friulano frutto della vinificazione in purezza di uve Pignolo affinato 48 mesi (4 anni) in botte di rovere. Ha colore granato e profumi di frutta rossa macerata in alcol, caffè e tabacco. Il sorso è caldo, dotato di un tannino vigoroso ed un finale persistente con note di tostatura in evidenza.

Robusto e vigoroso al palato, il Cabernet Riserva di Hans Rottensteiner è rosso da bere entro 5-6 anni dalla vendemmia e da servire alla temperatura di circa 18-20 °C. Ottimo l’abbinamento con carni rosse e selvaggina.
