Alla vista si presenta di colore rosso granato intenso e brillante. Al naso esprime delle belle note di frutta matura come prugna, ciliegia e mirtillo e piacevoli sentori vegetali, floreali. In bocca è pieno e robusto, asciutto, caldo, tannico, rotondo. Ricco con finale vegetale e persistente. Matura in tonneaux nuovi di rovere francese per 18 mesi

Rosso solido e corposo, il “Fuflus” di Vallarom affina per 18-20 mesi in barriques e per altri 18-24 mesi in bottiglia. Al naso presenta spiccati sentori di frutti rossi freschi e in confettura, erbe aromatiche, spezie scure e caffè. In bocca entra rotondo e corposo, delineato da tannini svolti e ben integrati nella trama.
